How selection works

Scholar selection is conducted by the ARISE leadership team through a competitive process. Applications are evaluated based on academic performance, technical preparation, interest in cybersecurity, and commitment to public-service careers.

The goal is to identify students who not only meet eligibility requirements, but who also demonstrate strong potential for success in cybersecurity and long-term government service pathways.
