mentoring, internship preparation, and program expectations.

Scholars receive structured preparation for government careers,
including résumé building, interview preparation, SFS Job Fair participation,
and federal hiring guidance.

Security clearance and employment readiness
Students are introduced to federal hiring and security clearance processes,
including documentation requirements and expectations for government roles.
